One of the better decisions we've made on this build project was to hire an experienced crew to hang and finish all the drywall. The ceiling sheets are Type X fire rated, 12 feet long 5/8" and weigh over 100 lbs each so that job is best left to the pros, and even they weren't looking forward to doing the ceilings!
