  1. You’ve got solar; do you have running water consistent enough and enough volume and enough of vertical drop to run a small turbine for backup power when the weather doesn’t charge the solar? Maybe answer this with in the solar dirt discussion and any other alternatives. Wind? Vertical turbine rather than propeller on a pole?

  2. You stated previously that you have plenty of solar energy for your needs now. Are you anticipating needing to increase your solar after the house build?
    If there is such a mildew issue now are you looking at solutions for the new house to help prevent that? For example more cross ventilation, more insulation solutions, cedar lined closets?
