  1. I love your videos. I just wanted to share some info. Valerian is great but for some it can have the reverse effect. So if someone has never tried it before they might want to try it separately. Thyme & sage are also good herbs for respiratory issues. Herbalist Rosalee de la Foret had good information on herbs for specific types of coughs (wet vs. dry). Just wanted to share.
