0.5 lbs beef
6-8 cups vegetables (onion, root veggies, etc)
0.25-0.5 cups oatmeal
Seasonings (salt, pepper, steak seasoning, worcester sauce)

Pie Crust:
2.5 cups flour
1 tsp xanthan gum if using my gf flour mix (optional)
1 tsp salt
5 heaping tbsp butter
cold water

Preheat oven to 350. Chop veggies and cover 2/3 with water. Add oatmeal and seasonings. Cover and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce to a simmer until veggies are cooked.

While veggies are cooking brown meat with additional seasoning.

Make pie crust by adding all ingredients to food processor and blending. Drizzle in cold water until crust is the consistency of dough. Divide into two balls and roll out one for the bottom of the pie and one for the top. Cover the bottom of the pie dish.

Add meat and veggies to pie and cover with other half of pie crust. Poke holes for ventilation.

Bake 30 minutes on 350F or until pie crust is cooked.
